Game Asset Ticker
Watchlist

Privacy

There are no accounts here, so there is no profile of you to hold. This page says what is stored anyway, and by whom.

What stays in your browser

Your watchlist is a list of asset ids in your browser's own storage. To draw the watchlist page your browser sends those ids here and gets the cards back; nothing on the site stores them. The only copy we ever hold is one you hand over by asking to be notified about your watchlist, below. Clearing site data or switching device loses the list, and we have no way to give it back.

The site itself sets no cookies and records nothing about your visit: there is no session, no login, no click log and no analytics script, from us or anyone else.

Browser notifications, only if you ask

Turning on notifications hands us the address your browser's push service gave it, two keys that encrypt each message so that only your browser can read it, the rules you chose, and - if you ask to hear about your watchlist - the asset ids on it. There is no name and no email attached to any of it. The messages travel through that push service, which is usually run by the company that makes your browser. Switching notifications off deletes the record; revoking the permission in your browser deletes it too, the next time we try to send to it.

Affiliate links

Links from this site to the Unity Asset Store can be affiliate links: if you follow one and buy an asset, we may earn a commission on the sale. You pay exactly the same price either way, and the commission is what keeps the site hosted and in development.

Asking us about it

This site is run by Walhemic Interactive. Because nothing here is tied to a name or an email, we usually cannot find "your" data even if you ask - there is no key to look it up by. What you can do yourself: clear your watchlist by emptying it and stop notifications by switching them off. Anything else, write to hello@gameassetticker.com.
