Useful things to include: the asset page you were looking at, and what the site told you that turned out to be wrong.
What we can actually help with
- A wrong price or a wrong countdown. Send the link - prices come from the store's own index and a mismatch means something on our side is stale.
- A score that looks wrong. Every factor is printed on the asset page, so tell us which one you disagree with and why.
- A watchlist that emptied itself. It lives in your browser, so clearing site data or switching device loses it. If you turned on watchlist notifications we keep the asset ids for those, but nothing ties them to you or to a new browser, so we cannot find yours to bring it back.
- Publishers: if something about your asset is wrong here, write and we will correct it. We do not take payment for placement, so there is nothing to buy and nothing to argue about.
What we cannot
Nothing is sold on this site. Refunds, licences, invoices and downloads all belong to the Unity Asset Store, and we have no access to any of them - writing to us about an order only costs you time.
